"JTLB contractor Jordan Bernhardt did exactly what I envisioned for stabilizing and renovating the listing wrap-around porch on our 1890 Victorian in the avenues: I appreciated his ability to listen to our needs and scope of the project--creativity and expertise in the engineering and design for new footings and elevating, herring bone deckwork and trimming, excellent craftsmanship and carpentry, and consideration of efficiency and cost control. "Professional, timely, efficient and honest. Jordan was recommended through a friend of ours who works in real estate. We had a list of 8-10 small to medium size projects we were hoping he could complete. From the first time he came to our house to give an estimate it was clear that he was honest and straightforward.
